Strap on your eyepatch and join your mateys at the Fort Myers Beach Pirate Festival, where you'll find food, treasure hunts, a pub crawl, a pirate and wench look-a-like contest and even ship to shore battles with the pirates! |

Calusa Blueway Paddling Festival

Paddlers from around the country will be attending this one-of-a-kind eco-event. Ten days of festivities include kayak races, fishing tournaments, paddling clinics, guided tours, speakers and more celebrations along the Calusa Blueway Paddling Trail. |

Lovers Key State Park, Year-round
Bring your lover to this chain of barrier islands located between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Beach. You'll enjoy a day of shelling, swimming, picnicking and sunbathing. Nature lovers will spot dolphin, manatees, roseate spoonbills and an occasional bald eagle.
